“This was our sixth stay at this hotel. We keep coming back for the location, just a short walk from Lincoln Road, in the middle of the best part of South Beach. The atmosphere is good, the hotel is clean, and the staff are always courteous – especially the receptionist from Puerto Rico who has been there since our first visit. When we needed to extend our checkout, he made sure it was arranged. The airport transfer – a complimentary shuttle at set times – was punctual and excellent. Beach service with towels, deckchairs and an umbrella was a lovely touch, though it's no longer included in bookings, and I'd suggest the hotel bring it back as it could be a deciding factor. Breakfast is continental and basic, but sufficient – croissant, toast, jams, butter, cream cheese, orange juice, coffee and milk. The free Wi-Fi worked very well, and the bathroom toiletries were good quality. They also give you complimentary mineral water on arrival. The only downside: standard rooms don't have a refrigerator, which would be a welcome addition.”

“We really enjoyed this trendy boutique hotel – the food was appetising and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The standard double room was a good size with two full beds, enough for our family of five. Breakfast had plenty of variety.”

“A great choice – very convenient for everything. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Hiring a studio with a kitchen was a smart decision, though the kitchen wasn't fully functional – the oven in the picture didn't work. The bed was very comfortable, but I had an issue with the mattress at first – it was worn out and impossible to sleep on. After two calls to reception, they brought a new one. The location is wonderful: half a block from Lincoln Road, two from the beach, and one from the pedestrian street. There was a supermarket on the corner, which was handy. Breakfast is adequate – for Argentinians who eat less, it was actually quite abundant. The pool was cleaned daily and the hotel was spotless. The reception staff are lovely and sorted everything quickly – for instance, Rick arranged a taxi for me when Uber wasn't working, and even gave his number so I could call him for a ride to Walmart. A taxi cost $45 one way, Uber $20 round trip – the shuttle that was meant to pick us up never showed, but they immediately called a taxi to the airport free of charge. I stayed eight days and felt at home. Better than the photos.”
